Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Chatbot Development Services

• Non-Refundable Policy:

  • Once the chatbot development is completed and approved by the customer, the development fee is non-refundable.

  • Customers are encouraged to review and approve the chatbot thoroughly during the testing phase before final acceptance.

• Cancellation During Development:

  • If a customer chooses to cancel the chatbot development service before the final approval, OptiTask AI reserves the right to charge for any work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any remaining unused portion of the payment (if applicable) will be refunded within 14 business days.

2. Management Services

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers may cancel management services at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, management services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied for subsequent months.

• No Refunds for Partial Months:

  • Management fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, even if the service is canceled partway through the month.

3. Early Termination Fee (If Applicable):

For customers who received discounts, bundled services, or promotional rates tied to a minimum commitment, an early termination fee may apply if the service is canceled before the agreed-upon term ends. This will be outlined in the specific service agreement.
